Installation Precautions of Marine Valve

1. The stop valve operated by hand wheel and handle can be installed at any position of the pipeline.

2. Handwheel, handle and inching mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting.

3. The flow direction of medium should be consistent with the arrow shown on the valve body.

When installing the stop valve of the marine valve, pay attention to the flow direction of the fluid, and make the pipeline fluid flow through the seat opening from bottom to top, that is, the so-called “low in and high out”, which means to reduce the fluid resistance, save effort in opening, and ensure that the valve stem and packing parts do not contact the medium in the closed state, so as to ensure that the valve stem and packing box of the marine valve will not be damaged and leaked.
