Introduction:
The insulation jacketed ball valve has good thermal insulation and cold insulation characteristics, and the valve diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter, while effectively reducing the medium heat loss in the pipeline. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food and other systems to transport high viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature. Structural characteristics:
The insulation jacketed ball valve is designed with an integral jacketed structure, which can provide more uniform thermal insulation and cold insulation. The thermal insulation jacketed ball valve is smaller and lighter than the general ball valve, without leakage, and has good sealing performance. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe, which is more durable than the cast one. Jacket, outside of valve body and jacket pipe are welded, and the maximum allowable pressure of steam or cold water is 1MPa.
The thermal insulation ball valve has good thermal insulation and cold insulation characteristics. In addition to the reduced thermal insulation ball valve, the medium flows in a straight line once the valve diameter and pipe diameter are the same, and the resistance is small, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. Therefore, it has excellent performance for the liquid medium that is easy to solidify and has high viscosity.
