LNG Low Temperature Needle Valve
Introduction:
LNG low temperature needle valve is suitable for ethylene, liquefied natural gas plant, natural gas storage tank, petrochemical tail gas separation equipment, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, carbon dioxide low temperature tanker, pressure swing adsorption oxygen production and other devices. It is mainly used in liquid oxygen (liquid nitrogen, liquid argon) and other air separation pipelines, storage tanks, and low-temperature liquid medium systems of tankers. It has the characteristics of flexible switching, reliable sealing and pressure resistance.
Main Materials:
Cryogenic stainless steel is used as the main material to completely avoid seal deformation and leakage during use. Asbestos impregnated with PTFE is used as filler and flexible graphite is used as sealing material. This material is impermeable to gas and liquid, has 10%-15% elasticity in the thickness direction, and can achieve sealing with low tightening pressure.
