LNG Low Temperature Safety Valve
Introduction:
The low-temperature LNG liquefied natural gas safety valve is used in the low-temperature LNG liquefied natural gas system, and the opening and closing parts are in a normally closed state under the action of external force. A valve that discharges LNG to the outside of the system to prevent the medium pressure in low-temperature pipelines or equipment from exceeding the specified value. Controlling the low temperature LNG liquefied natural gas not to exceed the specified value plays an important role in protecting personal safety and equipment operation.
Product Features:
1. The low temperature safety valve has undergone low temperature cryogenic treatment and can withstand -196 ℃ low temperature
2. The disc material of the low temperature safety valve is chrome-plated or nitrided to improve the surface hardness of the valve stem and improve the reliability of the packing seal.
3. Gaskets for low temperature safety valves have reliable sealing and recovery properties under normal temperature, low temperature conditions and temperature changes.
4. The low-temperature safety valve adopts high-quality Locke spring material, and the take-off and discharge are accurate and safe.
5. Free start, reliable sealing, stable take-off pressure, etc.
6. The opening height is ≥ 1/4 of the throat diameter, and the discharge volume is large;
7. The safety valve with a wrench can be manually opened with a wrench when the medium pressure reaches more than 75% of the opening pressure;
8. There are threads, flanges, welding, a variety of connection methods, and the welded pipe can be disassembled for easy installation and maintenance.
