Introduction:
This top-mounted detachable online maintenance ultra-low temperature butterfly valve combines the characteristics of the wedge gate valve. The entire internal main sealing structure adopts the side-mounted internal mode with maintenance compartment. The valve body and bonnet structure refer to the design thinking of wedge gate valve, and all internal parts are installed from the middle; when internal maintenance is required, open the upper bonnet to Warehouse overhaul or replacement of internals. Compared with other butterfly valves, this structure does not need to open a separate inspection hole, and the weight of the valve body is greatly reduced; secondly, the leakage point is reduced; thirdly, the length of the overall structure of the valve is reduced by half, so that the possibility of leakage caused by the deformation caused by the temperature difference is reduced. Fourth, the internal parts of the structure, such as butterfly plate, pressure plate, sealing ring, etc., can be interchanged with ordinary structures.
