LNG Tank Truck Emergency Shut-off Valve
Application Method:
The emergency shut-off valve system of the tanker generally consists of three emergency shut-off valves, an air compressor (shared with the braking system), an air storage cylinder (shared with the braking system), an air pipeline connecting the gas storage cylinder and the emergency shut-off valve, and one valve controls the total Button, three valve control sub-buttons, air pipeline pressure gauge and so on.
During the unloading operation, if the tank valve needs to be closed immediately in case of emergency, depending on the actual situation, the emergency shut-off valves in the liquid outlet, gas phase, and booster pipelines can be quickly closed respectively through the three sub-buttons. If a large amount of LNG is sprayed out and the three sub-buttons cannot be closed near the rear of the vehicle, the emergency shut-off valve can be used to control the main button (generally installed at the frame in the middle of the tank), and the three emergency shut-off valves can be directly closed at the same time.
