Manual Diaphragm Valve
Introduction:
Manual diaphragm valve is a new type of valve with tail valve, which can be sterilized and sterilized.
Working Principle:
Manual diaphragm valve operation is very similar to the operation of the hose valve. The rotating handwheel is where the compressor descends and begins to push the diaphragm like the bottom wall of the valve body. In the throttling state, the manual manipulator rotates to the desired flow rate and stays there. In the open – close state, when the maximum pressure is reached, the two surfaces achieve a tight seal. When the diaphragm valve is open, the rotation effect of the manual manipulator is reversed, and the flow area is expanded when the closure element is lifted. Finally, in the full open position, the compressor fully retracts into the inside of the bonnet, with the diaphragm away from the flow. At this point the valve reaches its full area capacity. In short, diaphragm valves provide an inherent equal-percentage flow characteristic that tends to move in a straight line when operated.
