Micro Opening Safety Valve
Introduction:
The micro lift safety valve refers to a type of safety valve with relatively small flap opening height and discharge capacity. Specifically, the specified opening height h of the valve disc is between d1/40 and d2/20 (d1 is the valve seat throat diameter). There are two types of valve disc sealing surfaces: plane and cone. Their discharge area is calculated according to the area of cylindrical or conical curtain formed between the valve disc and the valve seat. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, maintenance and test adjustment. It is suitable for situations with small discharge capacity, large back pressure and stable system pressure.
The micro lift safety valve can be divided into vertical hammer type, lever type, spring type and pilot type (pulse type) according to the structure; According to the valve body structure, it can be divided into closed type and non closed type. The closed safety valve means that the medium excluded will not leak out and will be discharged to the designated place along the outlet. It is generally used in toxic and corrosive media. For safety valves for air and steam, open type safety valves are often used. The selection of safety valve products shall be determined according to the actual sealing pressure. For spring type safety valves, the springs with several working pressure levels within the range of one nominal pressure (PN) shall be marked with the valve body sealing pressure in addition to the safety valve model, name, medium and temperature when ordering, otherwise they shall be supplied according to the maximum sealing pressure.
