    Multilayer Three Eccentric Metal Sealing Wafer Butterfly Valve

    Introduction:

    The butterfly valve adopts three eccentric multi-level metal sealing structure, without mechanical wear, can achieve zero leakage, and has excellent two-way sealing function. It is the best device for regulating flow, cutting off or connecting fluid on pipelines of different media such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, food, medicine, water supply and drainage, gas transportation, etc.
    Different materials can be used for water, sewage, sea water, air, steam, gas, combustible gas, corrosive medium, oil and food. The maximum working temperature can reach 600 ℃.

    Characteristic:

    Three eccentric structure: one dimension A is offset between the valve stem axis and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, and one dimension B is offset from the valve body passage axis. The rotation axis of the valve seat forms an eccentric angle with the valve body passage axis α, Therefore, three eccentricities are formed. When the butterfly valve is opened from 0 ° to 90 °, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will immediately disengage from the sealing surface of the valve seat at the moment of opening. When the butterfly valve is closed from 90 ° to 0 °, the conical sealing surface of the butterfly plate will contact and compress the conical sealing surface of the valve seat only at the moment of closing. Therefore, there is no friction between the valve seat and the sealing surface on the butterfly plate, eliminating the possibility of wear and leakage.
