Municipal Network Valves
Introduction:
The municipal pipelines we often talk about include municipal water supply pipes, municipal sewage pipes, municipal heating pipes and so on. The valves required on different pipelines have the same and different ones.
The valves used in municipal water supply pipelines are: soft-sealed butterfly valve, soft-sealed gate valve, check valve, filter, rubber soft joint, etc.
The valves used in municipal sewage pipelines include: hard sealing butterfly valve, soft sealing butterfly valve, knife gate valve, filter, sewage valve, etc.
Valves used in municipal heat pipelines include: ball valve, globe valve, hard-sealed gate valve, hard-sealed butterfly valve, check valve, etc.
Features:
Gate valve: small installation length, no directionality; small medium flow resistance when fully opened; good sealing performance; complex processing, and difficult to repair after the sealing surface is worn. When the diameter of the pipe is DN>50mm, the gate valve should be selected
Globe valve: The globe valve is mainly used to cut off the medium passage, and can also adjust the flow and pressure.
Plunger valve: The plunger valve is mainly used in places with high sealing requirements, and is used in water, steam and other media.
Check valve: The check valve is often installed at the outlet of the pump, the outlet pipe of the steam trap and other places where the reverse flow of the fluid is not allowed.
Butterfly valve: small size, simple structure, convenient opening and closing, quick and labor-saving, reliable sealing and good adjustment performance.
