Natural Gas Electric Ball Valve
Introduction:
Electric natural gas ball valve is a kind of valve that can be opened and closed by the electric actuator rotating the ball of the closing part around the center line of the valve body. The electric ball valve for natural gas adopts shaped polytetrafluoroethylene packing, and the operating torque of the handle is stable. It is suitable for general working media such as gas pipeline, liquefied petroleum gas pipeline, natural gas pipeline and gas pipeline. The stainless steel valve body is also suitable for media with poor working conditions, such as oxygen gas, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. It is widely used in various industries.
Advantages of electric natural balloon valve:
1. The channel of the ball valve is flat and smooth, which is convenient for pipeline cleaning and can transport slurry, solid particles and other media.
2. PTFE (Teflon) and other materials are used as seals, with good lubricity and elasticity, small friction with the ball and long service life.
3. Quick opening and closing: when opening and closing, the ball shall be rotated by 90 °, which is convenient and fast.
4. The fluid resistance of the ball valve is small. When the ball valve is fully opened, the cross-sectional areas of the ball channel, the valve body channel and the connecting pipe are equal and straight. The medium flows through the ball valve, which is equivalent to flowing through a straight pipe. The fluid resistance of the ball valve in the valve is small.
5. It is equipped with manual, worm wheel drive, pneumatic and electric (explosion-proof) to realize remote automatic control and meet the user’s working conditions.
