Natural Gas Safety Shut-off Valve
Introduction:
Pneumatic emergency shut-off valve, which combines the advantages of stop valve, check valve and hydraulic valve, adopts the lifting structure of stop valve and the principle of check valve to prevent medium backflow. The shut-off valve has technical performance, low load loss and high reliability. It is used in combination with the remote hand-operated oil pump and uses manual hydraulic pressure to control the opening and closing of the valve.
The shut-off valve is installed on the liquid ammonia, gas storage tank station or gas pipeline, so that in case of leakage or even fire on the pipeline or storage tank, the staff can relieve the pressure through the remote oil pump or melt the (fusible alloy) at a high temperature of 80 ℃, the valve cylinder will automatically relieve the pressure, and the valve will close quickly to stop the leakage. To protect personal safety, the shut-off valve is currently the product of choice for the closure of hazardous chemicals.
Description of emergency shut-off valve:
1. When the valve is operated without external pressure, the valve disc is normally closed. When it is used on the storage tank system, the emergency shut-off valve is used in combination with the oil pump or gas cylinder, and the valve is opened by the pressure of oil or ammonia. When the valve is opened by the pressure of oil or gas, the oil pressure or ammonia pressure can be released and the valve will automatically close.
2. When the valve disc is closed, the pressure is realized by opening the pressure relief valve or operating the handwheel or the fusible plug on the pipeline will melt itself when the temperature rises.
3. The flow direction of the working medium of the valve shall be high in and low out, which is opposite to the flow direction of the common stop valve.
4. The connection dimension of valve flange shall comply with JB / t79.1-94 raised face integral cast steel flange or hg20592-97 dimension standard.
