Needle Type Throttle Valve
Introduction:
Needle type throttle valve, also known as needle type valve, its shape and globe valve has no obvious difference, only in the shape of the valve spool is different, the valve spool of the throttle valve is vertebral or parabolic, working through the valve spool to change the cross-sectional area of the channel, in order to achieve the purpose of changing flow and pressure.
Application:
Needle throttle valve is generally suitable for situations where the load changes little, or where the speed stability requirements are not high, such as applied in chemical instruments, because the throttle valve does not compensate the load changes caused by the flow rate instability function. The use environment of the throttle valve should pay attention to the large flow adjustment range, small flow differential pressure change, small internal leakage and small adjusting torque.
Characteristics:
The characteristics of needle throttle valve include simple structure, easy maintenance, low manufacturing cost, but the throttle adjustment precision is not high, difficult to use as a regulating valve, and because the medium flow rate between the valve disc and the valve seat is high, prone to cavitation phenomenon, so the parts need to use cavitation resistant materials, and not suitable for cutting the medium.
