Nuclear Containment Isolation Valve
Introduction:
This product is used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants to seal the inner and outer air ducts running through the reactor containment, perform the safety functions of the system, cut off or connect the pipelines, so as to make the system operate correctly. When a water loss accident occurs in the containment, it can be quickly closed (closing time ≤ 10 seconds) to prevent and slow down the escape of radioactive substances in the containment after the water loss accident. Internal leakage and external leakage are zero.
Features:
1. The valve structure adopts an advanced built-in composite opening and closing control system. During the opening process, it first translates away from the valve seat and then rotates to avoid friction of the sealing ring, which effectively improves the service life and operational reliability of the valve.
2. The sealing ring is an elastic metal sealing ring, which is composed of an outer sealing ring, a middle protective ring and an inner supporting spring. The sealing effect is reliable, the replacement frequency is low, and the disassembly is convenient.
