Installation Guide:
1. 3. When the ball valve connected with the pipe thread is connected with the pipe end thread, the internal thread can be conical pipe thread or cylindrical pipe thread, but the external thread must be conical pipe thread, otherwise it will lead to loose connection and leakage.
4. The flange ball valve on the degree circle should be consistent with the pipe flange on the degree circle size to match, the center of both ends of the pipe should be perpendicular to the flange surface of the flange ball valve, otherwise it will cause distortion and deformation of the valve body.
5. When installing ball valves connected with pipe threads, the sealing materials should be clean and clean.
6. pay attention to the ball valve handle opening and closing range can not have obstacles, such as walls, pipes, connecting nuts, etc.
7. ball valve handle and valve body direction parallel to open, vertical to close.
8. the medium should be free of particles, corrosive gases or liquids.
