Oxygen Valve
Introduction:
The oxygen stop valve is made of cast brass or stainless steel, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, wear resistance and good safety. When used in the oxygen pipeline, it has the best explosion-proof and flame-retardant performance, eliminating the unsafe factors on the oxygen pipeline.
Usage method:
(1) There are many specifications of oxygen pressure reducing valves according to the different requirements. The high inlet pressure is mostly, and the low inlet pressure is not less than 2.5 times of the outlet pressure. (2) When installing the pressure reducing valve, determine whether its connection specifications are consistent with those of the cylinder and the system in use. The pressure reducing valve and the steel cylinder are connected by a hemispherical surface, and the two are completely matched by tightening the nut. Therefore, the two hemispherical surfaces should be kept clean during use to ensure good air tightness. Dust can be blown off with high-pressure gas before installation. If necessary, PTFE and other materials can also be used as gaskets.
(3) Oxygen valve shall not touch grease to avoid fire accident.
(4) When stopping the operation, the residual air in the pressure reducing valve should be drained, and then the adjusting screw should be loosened to prevent the elastic element from being deformed under pressure for a long time.
(5) The oxygen valve shall avoid impact and vibration and shall not be in contact with corrosive substances.
