Pilot Type Pressure Reducing Valve
Introduction:
The pilot type pressure reducing valve is a direct acting membrane spring pressure reducing valve, which is designed and manufactured on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar foreign products. It is mainly composed of diaphragm, stile valve disc, regulating spring and other parts. The diaphragm sensing downstream pressure change is used to drive the valve disc, and the valve opening is changed and controlled to achieve the function of pressure reduction and stabilization. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure.
The pilot pressure reducing valve appropriately increases the diaphragm area and improves the sensitivity. The pressure reduction and stabilization are stable and sensitive. It is applicable to branch pipelines of high-rise apartment buildings and residential areas, as well as household branch pipes of apartments and residential buildings.
Discharge coefficient:
1. The maximum decompression ratio is as high as 20 ∶ 1. In the past, two sections of decompression can be realized by one section.
2. Due to the large diaphragm and external detection structure, stable secondary side pressure can be controlled.
3. Due to the large Cv value and the leap improvement of flow and control capacity, products 1~2 numbers smaller than the normal nominal diameter can also be used.
4. As the valve is single spherical, its sealing performance is improved and the leakage is very small.
5. It can manage low pressure below 0.02 MPa.
