Introduction:
The pneumatic cast steel ball valve is mainly composed of a floating ball valve, a pneumatic actuator and related accessories. The valve body is made of silica sol precision casting, with a high platform design, and the opening and closing of the ball valve can be controlled by using compressed air as the power source. It is equipped with an electrical valve positioner and receives the control signal of the industrial automation control system to complete the adjustment of various process parameters such as the flow, pressure, and temperature of the pipeline medium to achieve automatic control.
Features:
The pneumatic cast steel ball valve adopts a floating straight-through structure. The diameter of the valve body channel and the connecting pipe are equal and form the same diameter, and the medium can flow almost without loss.
The valve uses purified and dry compressed air as the power source, and can be used as a switch to cut off. It has the characteristics of simple operation and good reliability.
The connection between the actuator and the ball valve of the ball valve does not require a bracket and a connecting shaft. By choosing different valve body and valve seat materials, it can be applied to different working conditions and media.
