Pneumatic Diaphragm Regulating Valve
Introduction:
ZJHG pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is composed of diaphragm valve and pneumatic actuator. It is powered by compressed air and equipped with electrical controller. It can receive current or voltage analog signals, control the opening and closing height of the valve core, and realize the adjustment of fluid medium flow, pressure and other parameters in the process pipeline. Since the valve body with corrosion resistant lining and corrosion resistant diaphragm are used in the structure, the “mountain” shaped convex surface between the diaphragm and the valve body is sealed, there is no stuffing box structure, the throttling element is an elastic diaphragm, and the valve body has a smooth flow passage, so the flow force is much larger than that of other control valves of the same caliber. And the diaphragm can completely seal the medium transported in the valve body, truly ensuring zero leakage. Therefore, the pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve has the advantages of small resistance, large flow, no leakage, convenience, reliability, fire and explosion protection, and is widely used for flow regulation of strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion, high viscosity, particles, fibers, and toxic and non polluting media in industrial automation systems.

The inner surface of the valve body is coated with a variety of materials to avoid direct contact with the medium and withstand the corrosion of strong corrosive medium of the valve.

The flow path is simple, the resistance is small, and the rated flow coefficient is larger than that of single seat with the same diameter and sleeve control valve.
