Introduction:

The pneumatic flange high-temperature ball valve is composed of a metal hard seal ball valve and a piston type pneumatic actuator. The sealing surface adopts metal hard sealing valve seat, which can be applied to medium ≤ 550 °. The pneumatic high-temperature ball valve can be equipped with a valve positioner input control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) air source to control operation. It can also be equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4~0.7MPa air source to realize switching operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the opening and closing of the valve. The pneumatic high-temperature ball valve has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation and strong adaptability. It is especially suitable for the occasion where the medium is viscous, containing particles and fibers. Pneumatic high temperature ball valve is widely used in automatic control systems of petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, light industry, high pressure equipment, pharmacy, papermaking and other industries for remote centralized control or local control.
