Pneumatic Normally Open Diaphragm Valve
Introduction:
The normally open pneumatic diaphragm valve is specially used to control non-corrosive or general corrosive media. The surface of the valve body is not lined or covered with various rubbers for selection. It is suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. Applicable temperature: ≤85℃, ≤100℃, ≤120℃, ≤150℃ (according to lining and diaphragm material).
Working Principle:
Normally open pneumatic diaphragm valve is closed when ventilated, and opened when gas is cut off. The opening and closing are realized by the up and down movement of the valve stem driven by the pneumatic actuator. When the valve stem is in the upper position, the spherical diaphragm bends the valve upward to form a conducting state. When the valve stem moves from top to bottom, it drives the valve core to bend the diaphragm, forcing the diaphragm to close to the valve seat area or close the pipeline fluid passage.
