    Introduction:

    The check valve is used in the pipeline system, and its main function is to prevent the reverse flow of the medium, prevent the reverse rotation of the pump and its drive motor, and discharge the medium in the container. The check valve can also be used to supply makeup to the auxiliary system where the pressure may rise above the main system pressure.
    Check valves can be applied to pipelines with various media according to different materials. When the check valve is installed on the pipeline, it becomes one of the fluid components of the complete pipeline. The opening and closing process of the valve clack is affected by the transient flow state of the system in which it is located; On the contrary, the closing characteristics of the valve clack have an effect on the fluid flow state. The working characteristics of check valve are large load change and small opening and closing frequency. Once the valve is put into the closed or open state, the applicable period is very long, and no movement of moving parts is required. But once the “switching” requirement is met, it must be flexible, which is more demanding than the common mechanical movement.

    Structural characteristics:

    1. The sealing surface is welded with Crl3 stainless steel or cobalt based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance and stable and reliable sealing performance.
    2. When the medium flows in the positive direction, the lower chamber of the air cylinder enters the air and acts with the heavy hammer to keep the valve disc in the fully open position. When the medium flows in the opposite direction, the lower chamber of the cylinder piston
    The pressure shall be released rapidly, and the valve clack shall be closed quickly within 0.5 seconds.
    3. The heavy hammer acts on the pin shaft through an extension rod and a shift fork to balance the heavy torque of the rocker and prevent water hammer. It is helpful to open the valve when the medium flows in a positive direction. Keep the valve stable and reduce vibration during operation.
