Power Station Gate Valve
Introduction:
Power station gate valve is suitable for pipelines of various systems in petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power plants with nominal pressure PN16～32 MPa and P54/100V-P57/170V, working temperature ≤ 540℃ (P57/170V working temperature is 570℃). , disconnect or connect the line medium. Applicable media are: water, oil, steam, etc. Operation modes are: manual, gear transmission, electric and so on.
Structural advantage:
1. The pressure self-tightening seal is adopted, and both ends of the valve body branch pipe are welded.
2. The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface are made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.
3. The valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
