Introduction:

Self-operated regulating valve is a valve that uses the energy of the medium itself to control the flow of fluid in the pipeline.

It does not require any external energy and can be installed anywhere in the pipeline. Self-operated regulating valves can replace gate valves and throttle valves, and can also be used for diversion, confluence and flow direction switching. The self-operated regulating valve has the advantages of simple flow characteristic curve, stable and reliable operation, etc.; at the same time, it has a good flow adjustable ratio (usually greater than 100:1), and can control the regulated medium.

Features:

1. Small size and light weight: due to the multi-turn structure design, its weight is much lighter than that of ordinary angle-shaped ductile iron flange connection size ductile iron globe valves;

2. Good sealing performance: the soft packing sealing structure is adopted to achieve the maximum leakage;

3. Flexible and convenient operation: when it is necessary to change the flow direction of the medium, it can be realized by only turning 90°;

4. Long service life: the valve generally has a service life of 30 years or more;

5. Strong corrosion resistance: the valve is suitable for various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and occasions containing hydrogen sulfide gas;

6. Strong explosion-proof performance.

Applications:

It is used for cutting or connecting gas pipelines in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
