Self-operated Differential Pressure Control Dynamic Balance Valve
Introduction:
Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve, also known as self-operated differential pressure control valve, differential pressure controller, stabilized variable synchronizer, differential pressure balancing valve, etc.
It uses the pressure difference to adjust the opening of the valve, and uses the pressure drop change of the spool to compensate for the change of the pipeline resistance, so that the pressure difference can be kept basically unchanged when the working conditions change.
Working Principle:
Its principle is that within a certain flow range, it can effectively control the pressure difference of the controlled system to be constant, that is, when the pressure difference of the system increases, it can ensure that the pressure difference of the controlled system increases through the automatic closing action of the valve. Conversely, when the pressure difference decreases, the valve will automatically open and the pressure difference will remain constant.
Advantage:
One-time test adjustment before operation can automatically set the system flow at the preset set value. The valve flow adjustment is accurate, the operation is simple, the operation is stable, the performance is reliable, and the service life is long. The balance valve is a valve with special functions. The valve itself has no special features, except for the difference in the function and place of use.
