Self-operated Pressure Control Valve
Introduction:
The self-operated differential pressure control valve is a valve used to adjust the direction of water supply in a water supply system in which fire-fighting water and domestic water are connected in parallel.
When a fire breaks out, a large amount of water is urgently needed for firefighting, and domestic water is cut off immediately to ensure sufficient firefighting water; when the pressure of water for firefighting stops decreases, the valve automatically opens and assumes a normally open state to restore domestic water supply. The valve makes the system unnecessary to set up a special separate water supply pipe network for fire protection, which greatly saves the construction cost and water consumption. The valve control has high sensitivity, safety and reliability, easy debugging and long service life.
Applicable Working Conditions:
It does not require external energy, and relies on the pressure change of the regulated medium to automatically adjust, automatically eliminates the remaining pressure head of the pipe network and the flow change caused by pressure fluctuations, and keeps the user’s inlet and outlet pressure differences, which helps to stabilize the system operation. It is especially suitable for Household metering or automation system.
