Slow Closing Check Valve
Introduction:
The slow closing check valve is an intelligent valve installed at the pump outlet of the water supply system of high-rise buildings and other water supply systems to prevent medium backflow, water hammer and water hammer phenomenon. The valve has three functions: electric valve, check valve and water hammer eliminator, which can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the water supply system, and integrate the technical principles of slow opening, fast closing and slow closing to eliminate water hammer, so as to prevent the production of open pump water hammer and stop pump water hammer.
Working Principle:
When the valve is fed from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro filter, needle valve, check valve, and then drains downstream through the ball valve. Because the needle valve opening is less than the ball valve opening, that is, the drainage speed of the main valve control room is greater than the water inlet speed, so the pressure in the control room is reduced, and the inlet pressure acting on the lower end of the main valve disc opens the main valve to supply water downstream.
When the pipeline stops supplying water, if the downstream water starts to flow back, part of the flow back water enters the main control room through the ball valve. Due to the function of the check valve, the flow back water cannot flow out of the main control room, causing the main control room to gradually boost pressure and slowly close the main valve.
