Stainless Steel Diaphragm Valve
Introduction:
Stainless steel diaphragm valve and conventional valve structure and working principle are not the same, it is self-reliant structure, does not need external power supply wind, its work is completed by the process medium (compressed air), compressed air through the throttle hole into the stainless steel diaphragm valve air chamber.
Features:
1. The opening and closing parts of the elastic seal ensure that there is no internal leakage;
2. Streamlined flow channel makes pressure loss small;
3. No stuffing box, so no leakage;
4. The valve body and cover are separated by the middle diaphragm, so that the diaphragm above the valve cover, stem and other parts are not corroded by the medium;
5. Diaphragm replaceable, low maintenance cost;
6. The diversity of lining materials can be applied to various media, and has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
