Stainless Steel Globe Valve
Introduction:
The stainless steel globe valve belongs to the forced sealing valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve clack, the resistance to be overcome by the operating force is the friction between the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium.
Structural characteristics:
1. Advanced structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance. The rigidity of the valve stem is improved, the noise and vibration are significantly reduced, and the service life and performance of the valve are improved.
2. The stop valve can be installed on any position of the pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.
3. Above DN250, advanced multiple seals, double supports, guided movement (which can greatly improve the resistance to water hammer impact) and medium entering from above are adopted, which can better solve the problems of large caliber stop valves such as large opening and closing torque, failure to seal tightly, and packing chamber leakage, effectively improving the performance and scope of use of valves. (The “closing” torque is 10% of that of ordinary valves, and the “opening” torque is 3% of that of ordinary valves).
4. Stainless steel stop valve is applicable to pipelines with various corrosive media, with good corrosion resistance and sufficient strength.
5. Alloy steel globe valves are suitable for high temperature resistant steam and oil pipelines with high temperature resistance characteristics.
