Swing Check Valve
Introduction:
Swing check valve, also known as one-way valve or check valve, is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from backflow. The valve that the opening and closing parts open or close by themselves depending on the medium flow and force to prevent the medium from backflow is called a check valve. The check valve belongs to the automatic valve category, which is mainly used on the pipeline with one-way flow of medium. The medium is only allowed to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
Purpose:
Swing check valve is applicable to nominal pressure PN1.0MPa~42.0MPa, Class150-2500; Nominal diameter DN15~1200mm, NPS 1/2~48; On various pipelines with operating temperature of 196~540 ℃, it is used to prevent medium backflow. By selecting different materials (WCB, CF8 (M), CF3 (M), 1Gr5Mo, 15CrMo1V), it can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium, urea and other media. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, electric power and other pipelines.
