Triple Eccentric Hard Seal Electric Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
Triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve. Below 300°C, the valve body and valve plate use Q235-B, and the valve shaft adopts 40Cr (surface chrome plating) or 2Cr13; for high temperature (450°C) conditions, the valve body and valve plate use 16Mn, and the valve shaft adopts 2Cr13;
The sealing pair is made of stainless steel or surfacing hard alloy, and the sealing ring is made of elastic stainless steel ring and stainless steel multi-layer composite sealing ring.
The valve shaft of all closed butterfly valves is a through shaft, and both ends of the valve shaft are supported by rolling bearings.
And the bearing housing is separated from the valve body. The shaft seal of the valve adopts multiple seals, and there is enough space for disassembly and replacement of the packing gland in the design, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
The eccentric butterfly valve used for blast furnace gas pressure regulating valve group or TRT system adopts a new type of double replaceable sealing structure due to the high requirements on the shaft head seal. The sealing structure is divided into inner and outer layers, and the sealing element can be replaced under pressure.
In view of the aggravation of chloride ion corrosion caused by the current smelting process. According to working conditions and anti-corrosion needs, our company sprays glass flake glue or nickel-chromium alloy and other anti-corrosion coatings on the valve over-current part. The sealing ring is made of high-grade stainless steel 254Smo, which effectively improves the overall corrosion resistance of the valve.
