Ventilation Butterfly Valve
Introduction:
The ventilation butterfly valve is used in the dusty cold air or hot air gas pipeline of the ventilation and environmental protection projects in the chemical industry, building materials, power plants, glass and other industries as the pipe control device for regulating the flow or cutting off the gas medium. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
Structural characteristics:
1. It is designed and manufactured by using a new structural form of central line butterfly plate welded with short structural steel plate. It is compact in structure, light in weight, convenient for installation, small in flow resistance, large in flow, and easy to operate to avoid the impact of high temperature expansion.
2. There is no connecting rod, bolt, etc. inside, which is reliable and has a long service life. It can be installed in multiple stations, independent of the flow direction of media
Purpose:
The ventilation butterfly valve is a kind of non closed butterfly valve, which is widely applied to the pipes with medium temperature ≤ 300 ℃ and nominal pressure of 0.1Mpa in the production process of building materials, metallurgy, mining, electric power, etc., to connect, open and close or regulate the medium flow.
