Introduction:

Clamping check valve is also called reverse flow valve, check valve, back pressure valve and one-way valve. This type of valve is automatically opened and closed by the force generated by the flow of medium in the pipeline, which belongs to an automatic valve.

Purpose:

The check valve is used in the pipeline system, and its main function is to prevent the reverse flow of the medium, prevent the reverse rotation of the pump and its drive motor, and discharge the medium in the container. The check valve can also be used to supply makeup to the auxiliary system where the pressure may rise above the main system pressure. Check valves can be applied to pipelines with various media according to different materials. When the check valve is installed on the pipeline, it becomes one of the fluid components of the complete pipeline. The opening and closing process of the valve clack is affected by the transient flow state of the system in which it is located; On the other hand, the closing characteristics of the valve disc have an effect on the fluid flow state.
