Welded Fixed Ball Valve
Introduction:
The fixed welded ball valve is applicable to various pipelines of Class150 ～ Class1500, PN16 ～ PN250, JIS10K ～ JIS20K. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. It is made of different materials and can be applied to water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media respectively. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy and other industries. The fixed ball valve is driven by worm gear, manual, pneumatic or electric. Fixed ball valves generally adopt flange connection or butt welding connection.
Work efficiency:
1. High energy heat source shall be used for all welded ball valve welding.
2. Select reasonable process parameters, groove form and low energy input.
3. Limit and reduce the heating area of welding, and force cooling (water cooling or copper backing plate) of weldments.
4. Select thin welding wire, low speed, and control the interval temperature of each layer at 50-80 ℃.
